Short version: this website measures which pages are helping people, and only if you say yes. It does not ask about your money. If you choose to join our email list, we collect your first name and email address, and nothing else. Here is the longer version.

Who we are

Legacy Labs is run by Giovanni Dubois and Amalia Cardenas. We teach investing education to busy professionals. This site is educational only and is not financial advice.

What this website collects

Only if you press Accept on the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to see things like:

• which pages people visit and for how long
• which buttons people click, such as Join the Challenge
• where a visit came from, such as a LinkedIn post or an email
• your general location (country or city), your device type, and your browser

This is used to understand what is useful and what is not, so we can make the site clearer. We do not use it to follow you around the internet, and we do not show you ads based on it.

If you press Decline, or ignore the notice

Google Analytics is set to its most limited mode. It does not set analytics cookies, and nothing is stored about you in your browser for analytics. Google may still receive a small anonymous signal that a page was visited, with no way for us to tell who you are. The site works exactly the same.

Your choice

Your answer is saved in your own browser so we do not ask again on every visit. You can change it any time: use Cookie settings in the footer, or clear this site's data in your browser. The notice will then come back.

Where the real sign-ups happen

This website does not take payments. When you click to join the challenge, the free community, or the quiz, you leave this site:

• The community, the challenge, and checkout are run on NAS.io, and what you give them is covered by NAS.io's own privacy policy.
• The money-habits quiz is a Google Form, covered by Google's privacy policy.
• The video on our pages is hosted on YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play.

If you join, we may also email you about the challenge and the community. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Our email list

If you subscribe on our email signup page, we collect your first name and email address, and the fact that you agreed to receive emails. The form is run by Brevo, which stores this on our behalf and sends the emails. We use it only to send you the emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to giovanni@legacylabscommunity.com to be removed. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees this

Google (for analytics), Brevo (for the email list, if you subscribe), and our website host. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK, or somewhere with similar rules, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are not on our email list, this site holds almost nothing about you. Either way, ask and we will check. Email giovanni@legacylabscommunity.com, or send us a message on Instagram or LinkedIn (links are in the footer), and we will answer personally.

Changes

If we change how the site works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
